Hello again, I'm looking for manga that have a male main character who is considered one of the strongest or is secretly very strong.
No yaoi, shounen ai, shoujo
No pacifists please
I prefer shounen or seinen

holyland(secretly strong)
noblesse(unbeatable)
toriko(same as before)
angel densetsu(rly odd, but he is in fact strong after all. Technically is a pacifist)
ubel blatt(one of, if not, the strongest)
the breaker(he is like a rollercoaster... he is wimp one second, and demon the next)
hellsing(the word monstrous was made for him)
rurouni kenshin(both secret, and unstoppable..... if u haven't read yet do so. Refuses to kill, but there is a lot of awesome fights, and an insanely bloody flashback)
red eyes(savage, and insanely strong)
superior(they are both really strong.... ending is pretty high on my "meh" meter tho)
the devil king is bored(the comedic side of unstoppable godmod power)

and for my own weird contribution, Transfer Student Storm Bringer, actually he's secretly weak but perceived strong and through an amazing amount of luck becomes the top bad*ss of a delinquent school. very funny.
.... and wow, just realized all my stuff is from EGS, maybe you should just troll their site or something? lol they do a lot of shounen/seinen titles

I watched rurouni kenshin and currently reading the manga
Noblesse ( I really like it)
Hell sing (completed it)
The breaker (awesome manga)
Ubel blatt ( its really good)

Let's see ... Shounen:
* Beelzebub - Yeah, main character could be considered as strong.
* The Breaker - Same here.
* Yanki-kun to Megane-chan - And here.
* BB Project - I haven't read much of this one till now, but it seems like a match.
Seinen:
* Gangsta. - Strong ... and pretty cool. ^^
* Dendrobates - The main character is working as accountant for the police and keeping his real nature a secret, because he is actually an assassin.
* Brave 10 and Basilisk - Deadly main characters.
* Jackals - Professional assassin.

Blade of the Immortal Spoiler (mouse over to view) Manji's strong despite the fact thay he gets beaten everytime but he does manage to kill his enemies at the end though
Vinland SagaSpoiler (mouse over to view) curent arc where he's a slave, he's pretty much hiding his skills
The usual shonen jump manga, naruto, bleach, one piece, ect <-- all super strong people, once killed enemy, they r pretty much the strongest and let's not forget their powerups everytime they kill a major villain)

Kyou Kara Ore wa!! it's more of a comedy, but the main guy is strong, even if he wins by using (hilariously) dirty tricks all the time.
Magician (KIM Sarae) yeah...the main dude as well as the kids are all really strong
Peak (Im Gang-hyeok) I guess it's a different kind of "strong"

In Full Bloom (YON Jae-Won) it's the female lead who's strong - she's an assasin

Shibatora I guess this would kind of fit into the "secretly strong" category, although he's not really hiding it...more like he just doesn't look strong

yup. I think that's all the series I know. Also try an advanced search with the tags: "Hidden Power", "Hidden Talent", "Protagonist Strong From The Start", "Strong Male Lead", "Godly Powers", "Powerful Male Lead", "Sealed Power" and "Super Powers" depending on what you're looking for.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, any part, but especially 2 and 3.
Yall have to do some reading up on classic shounen.
and there is One-Punch Man. It's comedy about a hero who is depressed because he wins every fight with one punch.
