Back with nothing good to read these days, need help~ >.>

Here are some things I'm looking for:
The storyline I'm looking for is a nice romance read between two people in high school or college/university. Smut is fine but no Yaoi or Yuri please.
I would prefer if the guy fell in love first but its okay if the female character does first.
I would like the characters not to be too annoying that I would get frustrated after reading for a while.
I'm okay with cold or player guys, just as long as he changes for the girl he likes or something on the lines of that.
I'm looking for something that will keep me occupied for a while.

These are just some things I'm looking for but other than that, I'm pretty open to your suggestions.
Some mangas that I enjoyed/reading were
Aishiteruze Baby
360° Material
B.O.D.Y.
Bokutachi wa Shitte Shimatta
Ai kara Hajimaru
Special A
Kareshi Kanojo no Jijou
Last Game

I'm also okay with any plots similar to the ones above. ^-^

I would recommend NG life. I think this is one has one of the best romance manga plot out there. And it is definetely not yaoi as the description might suggest. It's really funny, but there are times when you just feel like crying.
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
It is about a guy who sees memories from his past life, and dont know whose feelings to follow:
his past-life self or the present self.

Do you read webcomics??
even if you don't, I wholehearted recommend My Heart is Beating

The male falls in love first. Plus, this series is like super deep.
(don't be fooled by the description.... the series isn't as weird or boring as it sounds haha)
