It has been a long time. It's me again trying to remember my childhood.. ^^

so this time i'm trying to remember a cartoon where there is this floating city and a group of people periodically have to accuire some huge crystal orbs to be use as a power source to make the city float. I believe they use dragon to get that crystal orb, although i could be wrong on this one..
