I think it depends of a bunch of factors. For manga with an extremely gorgeous art, for example, it would be better it have little text, but the necessary amount to tell the story well.

EDIT: Oh, crap. I misunderstood the objective of the thread (reading it in a rush, LOL). Well, I would say Kokou no Hito.

I know I've read some like these but unfortunately most are one-shots/shorts (which I don't add to my complete list here, so I'll have to flip through my archive to find them).

However, although Otoyomegatari cannot generally be called a minimal-text manga, there are some chapters, especially in the first volume, with several pages of beautiful, text-less art.
