Well, if this isn't the most pointless poll I've ever seen. This is a manga releases website. Of course reading manga will win by a large margin. 
Personally, though, I'd rather work and make money than any of the selections. I guess exercising would be the closest since I enjoy outdoor physical labor. Ladies love a tan 
Then eating after smoking some bud would be my second favorite. It's disturbing how many people have chosen sleeping. Does life really suck that much or is everyone just tired all the time? You'll have plenty of time to sleep when your dead. It's currently beating playing video games, which I figured would be a close second for most browsers of this site. It's like this poll is directed toward obese people or something.

I was gonna pick reading manga or sleep at first, but I really thought about and I realized although I practically die without enough sleep I still hate actually hate having to do it. Reading manga is awesome too, but I also realized that I most enjoy to do exercise when I actually build up enough motivation to do so. That isn't very often but every time I become active and exercise I always feel so much healthier and happier. Maybe I should exercise more often since i spend most my time right now drinking manga.

yup, wither drop dead asleep, or dreaming. Our brain process its best when rested, plus all he incredible manga everyone read must likely started from a small dream that get expanded on.
