I really loved Adekan and the art of Nao Tsukiji is absolutely flawless, in my opinion. So I'm searching for a manga with equally as unique and detailed artwork as this. I'm not really limited by genre since the only genre I dislike is sports manga. Some romance would be nice, but not necessary. Humour would be nice as well, but again it is not necessary. A good, strong plotline is a must, though. I may be picky with art, but even if it's visually nice, if the story is boring it's definitely not worth it, haha.
Give it a shot, guys, I'm counting on you!  <3

Superior and Superior † are really pretty xxxholic is really good too. Anything by CLAMP is pretty good as far as art goes.

Seconind Superior and its sequel Superior Cross
I'll recommend
Ratman for its surprisingly realistic art style
Vampire Juujikai for its old style shoujo art that we don't see very often anymore. Its a masterpiece too 
Ubel Blatt has some pretty detailed character art and scenery.
Akame ga Kiru! for the same reasons as Ubel Blatt
