What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')

could anybody please explain the status of this manga cause i'm confused as to whether it's over/discontinued or only the serialization is over and the manga will be released in volumes, or something else... confused

It got discontinued with 39 chapters and it looks like new scanlator picked it up recently (ch. 24 and 25 are out).
