thought jump was off this week? hasnt even popped up in releases so I assumed it was just a bs release.

Ofcourse it was on break. I hope you know about the fact that we get to read the chapter even before many Japenese readers.
In terms of Japan reference, the chapters which we read last week will come now in sale and next week magazines will be on break..
Manga magazines are transported to stores beforehand but they are sold after some time. The reason they are distrubited early is so that all the parts of Japan can recieve them on time. The scanlators get them beforehand and they make releases.....or something like that!

OMG this chapter surprise me like a deer in headlights!! I have been trying to convince people that tobi was not obito and here we are in this chapter! But I am still not convinced!, tobi did said that he "found" the eye during the 2 war, so its still kinda infy for me. I really want to see the next chapter now ^_^.

Not really, he could had just taken the eye and mastered it to a much higher level then kakashi, might be the reason why he always only had one eyehole in his previous mask.

But reading that Kakashi arc, wasn't Obito's other eye crushed along with the rest of him?

Common sense dictates that it has to be Tobi, but will kishimoto sensei really do that because everyone already suspects Tobi. In my opinion it would be far more interesting if it would be someone we don't expect.
I do hope it's not a total stranger but someone connected to the story

Not necessarily. One side of Obito was covered by the boulder, but we can't assume further. And now it looks like that was not the case.
