How do you think vampires of other series, like for example the tv-series "True Blood", would do against the nobless? Could the strongest vampire in those series stand up to the weakest nobless? Please give me your opinions on this! biggrin

There's only one Noblesse: Rai.
And even the weakest of the Nobles could easily take any vampire from another series. If not the weakest, then the clan leaders, at least.

Edit: clarification on "another series" in 2nd post

That's true. Alucard is immortal (or close enough to it. I'm guessing he's not completely immortal as he's the last ancient vampire and Hellsing DID take him down...somehow). I can't think of any other vampires that might be able to defeat a clan leader or the noblesse. Perhaps Zero, who I believe becomes the titular Vampire Knight, would put up a decent fight. (I'm going off the anime here, not really interested in the VK manga).
The only other powerful vampires I can think of are Marcus/Micheal/Selene from Underworld and Blade/Dracula from Blade.
None of them were capable of energy blasts though bigrazz

rai and the others would crush them, hands down. in fact not a one vamp anywhere could trump rai. he would totally own them. even seria and regis could pwn most of them and those two are the youngest/weakest ones we've met.

Depend on the series, and your definition of noblesse.

If Noblesse = any vampire @ noblesse series, yes, vampire from other series(western and eastern) have the possibility to defeat them, remembering we never know the exact power of regular vampire at noblesse.

If Noblesse = Rai, most vampire from western series will lose
as for vampire from eastern series, I'm pretty sure Akabara and any other pureblood from Vampire Juujikai could defeat Rai. The same goes to "Kiss-shot Acerola-orion Heart-under-blade" aka Shinobu Oshino from Monogatari (Novel). But I'm pretty sure Rai could defeat vampire from vampire knight or any other series.

Well depend of what call "vampires" now. A lot of modern vampires has some more powers rather than the "original vampires" with basic abilities such as enhanced strength, mind reader, immortal and speed. However, modern vampires has elemental powers or psychic abilities which aren't that different with the "nobles".

What I mean about modern vampires is like those of Vampire Knight, Hellsing, Trinity, Rosario+vampire etc..

Rai is different though since his powers is unlimited though his body can't withstand it. Clan leaders as well since they get stronger with new generation (soul weapon). While vampires get weaker with new generation as purer the blood the more potential you have.

ragec, you type weird comments everywhere. Rai's powers are in no way unlimited. If they were, he would fight on intergalactic level at least(Yep, Gurren Lagan) He did admit, that he had to evade, when fought the current lord. So his level can be roughly estimated even now. Actually, have you even read Noblesse? Raizel is pretty much exhausted after beating opponents, who are far weaker, than him. So yea, he's on his limit already. Moreover, although, he's obviously top1 noble, it's uncertain, whether he's the strongest overall, or not (even in his own universe). We weren't shown werewolfs (yea, they might have some sort of werewolfesse of their own wink ) and Union's first elder (may I remind, that Roctis, who's presumed the mightest among old clan leaders, is only 4th).
Oh, it's true, that noble's clanleaders are supposed to get stronger with each generation, but it's false in regard to the current generation. We were told, that they were no match for their suicidish predecessors. Both Franky and girly lord commented on that.

True blood's vamps would fair just fine against average nobles, for the reason, that only noblesse, lord, clan leaders and some of their close relatives can kick ass. Normal nobles are pretty weak tho. Same applies to comparison with Moonlight and such.
The strongest vampire I can think of is Akasha, from Vampire chronicles. She could eliminate entire Earth's populace with a single thought. Even whole packs of millenia old bloodsuckers were but a joke to her. Could traverse space and possibly communicate with outer civilizations too(hinted). Each and every human and vampiric thought, mind as a whole, digital info, etc were being transmitted to her non-stop, without a single effort on the receiver's end (you can easily deduce from this the extent of telepatic/mental power the monster of this caliber would wield, if actually wanted to). She was obviously totally indestructible. Cain from World of darkness might be on the same level too. But no, Rai is nowhere near cosmic/godly characters. He's a purely earth creature, ancient progenitors from so-called modern universes would pay no attention to.

I've never read Noblesse, but just going by what I know from Trinity Blood, I'd say that Abel the Crusnik is pretty much immortal.
