I'm not completely sure (I read it two years ago) but I think they break up around volume 10/11. Hope it helps. At least until someone who knows accurately answers...

Thank you so much! I'm on volume 9 now so I'm excited to read about them breaking it off in 10 or 11. The relationship is only making me want Momo all the more, which was probably the purpose in the first place. Anyhow, thank you!
