Last time nothing good came up... but I'm looking for: - Exceptional brain - Ability to organize and command - Strong physical abilities
Any one of those three or a combination. No wimps, no idiots, no baggage.
I do not want him to be weaker than those under him. He must rank top or second.
He *MUST* be some sort of leading figure Kings / Princes / Aristocrat & Nobles / Heirs / Gang leaders / Company presidants / ANYTHING Friendship games do NOT count. Luck is NOT part of skill. Ah and, sport do count, but honestly I'm not really interested in the rougher ones like football. I hate the outfit... ><;; sorry.
Gender does not matter, but for female leads, no dumb ones. That means not in IQ but mentally. A simple example would be stuff like Kaichou wa Maid-sama!. Basically, I don't like stereotype and school-life romance. Another thing is I hate romcom.
Oh and, please NONONO: - ecchi - manhwa (manga, manhua, anime, jdrama, chinese novels are fine) - hardcore yaoi (shounen-ai are fine)
Examples: God Child Cantarella Dolls Bloody Monday Utawarerumono
or even stuff like Vampire Knight Rasen no Kakera Drifters Rurouni Kenshin

So webcomics wont do? If you like give Noblesse a shot. The second main have all the attributes you mentioned and he is the follower of the main character (Even the main have them, but he leaves everything to his follower). Ofcourse both of them are strong unlike other shounen manga's.

Basara and Reimei no Arcana might fit the bill.
Also, I second Superior and Superior Cross.

There's one problem... everything that fits, I've already read... -sigh- tough luck.
And why do ppl keep ignoring what I say!? NO ECCHI, NO MANHWA! That is not preference, it's requirement. Sorry, but I'm not gonna say thanks for that. Noblesse won't do, of course not. I already know about it anyways, and as strong as he is, he's barely fit to be a leader... Cage of Eden and Blood Lad are ecchis, which the later I dropped for that reason. Besides, Cage of Eden, doesn't really count. Akira has nothing else other than his "friendship" that stands out.
As for others... Basara is the only one I'm not sure if I read it already or not. I think I did a little bit once upon a time. The rest, I didn't bother checking whether they fit or not, since everything I've already read.
For some reason though I've always thought Superior was a manhwa o.O;; Wonder why... maybe cause the story/art resembled one? IDK.

Baby steps stars a brainer analysing his opponents, writing notes during his tennis games. No Panty shots, no humor, just plain observation to make his strategy. But he is no prince, has average physical abilities, and since its sport related luck may be involved sometimes. Well considering his excellent studying grades, he somehow can be considered a leader.

Sanctuary Strongly recommend. The story focuses around two main guys. They are both very capable in terms of brains and brawn but mainly use strategic thinking to rise to the top. Everything they do is planned and they definitely do not lack guts.
Spiral The main lead is more of a strategic thinking kind but he uses this to manipulate and lead those around him. Although he doesn't have strong physical abilities he makes up by using his superior intelligence to turn the situations to his advantage.
Crying Freeman Main lead is more talented in his skill and strength to overpower the enemy. He is smart and a natural leader able to use his charisma to command those around him. He is definitely the physically strong type of leader.

Not sure what your aversion to ecchi is, but if you can withstand some then Sun-ken Rock might be worth checking out. The main character is a gang leader, and despite taking place in Korea, it is a manga.
If ecchi is an absolute no-go, then try Crows.
For a couple of sports manga with no ecchi and strong leaders, check out Major, Last Inning, and maybe Captain Tsubasa

Quote from Ibleda Cage of Eden and Blood Lad are ecchis, which the later I dropped for that reason. you dropped Blood Lad becauso of ecchi o.O I really can't remember any apart from the first chapters but well...
You should make it a preference, because (sadly) there are a whole bunch of awesome manga that are tagged ecchi even so they mostly don't contain much of it... But that's only an advice I can give out of personal experience...
o.O you don't need to thank anybody, after all I don't think these people here want to have anyone's thanks but instead just want to help, otherwise it would be quite sad...
oh and btw this could fit: Pika Ichi though it's somehow shared leadership and wouldn't Hoshi no Samidare be ok? (and please don't tell me you didn't read this because of the ecchi tag...)

There are panty shots in Baby steps. But it's basically small ones that have no significance whatsoever. You literally gloss over them because of the story is interesting and it isn't accented.

Eh well... ecchis... it's not that I completely don't read them, it's just that I don't see any reason to look for one. So yea, when I look for mangas, that ecchi is crossed out. Most the times they end up ticking me off one time or another due to those obvious male fan-service over plot kinda thing. In the end, no matter how good it is, it would've been better without the ecchi part plot wise.
I suppose that's true. I got a lil upset being repetitively ignored >.>;; I'll apologize! But in the end that got my point over (somewhat... -sigh-) and I don't regret it. If I didn't, I'd start flaming =/.
Oh and, the two mangas, that later one is OUT! Ecchi! That thorn-in-the-eye ecchi genre... besides, that one I dropped. Will check the earlier one out along with other mangas (that is not ecchi or manhwa...)
@longshot15: Everything under ecchi genre are out, but it's not like I'm a guy who doesn't dare look at panty shots... so yea, if there's no ecchi tag, it's in.
