This is a cantonese song, not a chinese song. Anyway, it's called 腹语 by 罗嘉良. Hope that helps!

Thank you so much! Someone gave me the CD with this song on it about 6 years ago, and I lost the case, I only found the CD itself. Lol I spend about 3 years trying to find out the title of this song!
