What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

It was about a girl who I think is in her 20s and has a playboy step-brother. One day she gets out wearing her friends old high school uniform and her brother asks her out. So the two have a relationship while she's lying about we identity. The main female also has a cleaning obsession.
