I've noticed that there hasn't been a topic about the love triangle in this manga so I decided to start one!
For me, I would have to say Mizuki. I love how he cares so much about Hime. Senri is ok, but for some reason, I think Mizuki and Hime are so cute! I've read quite a few mangas with love triangles though and unless the author is planning on changing how the manga is going, I feel like Hime will end up with Senri.

I'm a Senri person because I feel him and Hime are more natural around each other whereas her relationship with Mizuki is more of a Senpai-Kouhai relationship where she just respects him

some how i not really sure
both need hime especially with their tragic past,
sooo sweet, caring as well as possesive ,both really handsome, 
i am soooooo confused
