Gozen 3-ji no Muhouchitai was the Manga I had spontanously to think of, after reading your request. Although I'm still in the middle, the main character starts off without knowing what she really wants in life, but then gradually begins to see things from a different point of view. ^^
And ...
Spoiler (mouse over to view) ... she even realizes the distance between herself and her current boyfriend, which she tried to ignore before. As you can guess, they break up later on and she gets to know someone else, who seems to be a better match.
