Looking for a light romance where the two main characters (male and female) are in high school and are looking after a child. Don't want massive drama or anything heavy.

* Love So Life - The main character is a high school student and works at a daycare, til she starts to take care of two-year-old twins ...
* Bye-Bye, Little. - Ch. 1 ("Bye-Bye, Little."); The lead is a high-school student and has to take care of her younger brother, since her father passed away and her mother has to work, then a classmate starts to support her.
