Im looking for a good Shounen Ai or soft yaoi (not too much sex). I would prefer a fantasy series but I'll take any suggestions.
Also, give me any yaoi or Shounen/shoujo ai with the main characters having animal characteristics.

Let Dai I just throw this on people nearly every chance I get. It's not fantasy sadly.

Koori no Mamono no Monogatari fantasy and shounen ai - can take a little bit to get into, but very worth it.
I'm also going to mention Renai Idenshi XX - it's shoujo ai, and sci-fi rather than fantasy, but also good. and oddly feels like a shounen ai.
for other soft yaoi/shounen ai I've liked:
Kokoro Kikai short and sweet
Ikemen-kun to Saenai-kun
Sannin Gurashi easpecially the first chapter
for animal characteristics, there are plenty, I'd suggest looking through these posts:
