Member 12:21 am, Sep 5 2012 Posts: 4	hi looking for a manga read a description once but cant remember the name was about a strange happening in a city(think Tokyo ) that the government build walls around with the people still in side the walls those people where called unwanted un needed later those people got strange power this as close as i can remember it anny one know the manga im talking bout ?
