I second Black Lagoon.
Panty and Stocking. Although they are both fashionable I don't think either fit into the sterotypes of feminity. One is a sex addict and the other is a slightly quirkly gothish character.
Tenchi Muyo has Ryoko.
I agree that this is mostly the case in
Hwang Mi-Ri
works.
Hot Blooded Woman
is a fine example. However
Boy of the female wolf
is by
Han Yu-Rang
who has shades of this as well.
