I'm not very sure whether there's many, but anyhow I would like to request a slightly psychotic guy that will (preferably) chase the girl he likes. I prefer shoujo/josei though, and I prefer no yaoi/yuri/shoujo-ai/shounen ai. Just letting you know in advance, I have read the following:

Livius from soredemo sekai wa utsukushii may qualify. This has both an anime and a manga, but I suggest reading the manga first as it has more (Yandere) content. They kinda toned it down in the anime lol.
