I'm not familiar with the characters depicted, but the largest and most noticeable manga title on the page points to this series.

Edit: Some elements appear to be the same, but (as usual) I'm probably wrong in my assumptions... Sorry!

It does appear to be the series that weird1 mentioned, Harukanaru Jikuu no Naka de and I believe the characters depicted are Lt. Tachibana and Fuji-hime. But I'm also not very familiar with this series, I've just skimmed a bit here and there.

I believe it is harukanaru toki no naka de since not only does the cover mention the name of the manga, but the characters as well look like the ones in that manga. I'm thinking it is part of the harukanaru toki no naka de series, but another part. Just like how the game had other parts unrelated to the first season, maybe the characters depicted on the cover of that manga are different characters, but part of the same series only in a different season.
