first let me expound more on what i mean by "light"
well all i wanted are those that do not contain dark sexual stuff (past/present/future sexual abuse, rape, other males hitting on main girl characters, love triangles with 2 guys 1 girl). im no good dealing with those.
then theres the harem part, 2 main female characters is enough. love triangles are the best (you know those "ouch" moments) as long as there is only one main guy. not necessarily but preferably other male cast should just be comedy characters
ecchi - well you know this too well
romance - girl and guy all alone in some romantic place, or whatever setting just to show romantic feelings
good art - now this part is probably taken for granted, since most of them have good art anyway, but there are some serious exceptions like angel densetsu where i find the main character so ugly that it is inappropriate for him to even get girls.
anyway, one last thing, the manga/manhwa should be completed and pretty long 6+ volumes
finished titles that fit so well in my descriptions:

Toradora! - try the anime; not sure about ecchi there, but otherwise should be what you are looking for
Change 123 - this one wasn't so light on ecchi, but it pretty much has one girl and one guy. It's kind of harem too, but the harem consists of one girl 
Both of those have romance

Mx0 Spoiler (mouse over to view) rushed ending try other mangaka stuff (they're all pretty much light-hearted comedy) if you like the art.
These are my picks, there are a lot more I think but I'm not pretty fond of them (Rosario to Vampire, To-Love Ru, etc.).

* Romance\Harem - the initial triangle grows into a harem of 3, except all 3 are instances of the same person 
* Comedy - it's fun and stuff most of the time, but it gets some more serious chapters too
Kono Kanojo wa Fiction desu.
* Good art - could've been better
* Ecchi - there is some ecchi
* Romance\Harem - love triangle and one of the girls is actually an imaginary girlfriend
* Comedy - oh, yes

You could also try Fujimura-kun Mates. The comedy is awesome, but not sure if the romance there really could be considered romance.
