I love smut. I especially love Shinjo Mayu.
I KNOW, IT'S SAD. XD
The whole "important person with regular girl" theme just drags me in. >_>
KAIKAN Phrase: Idol Sakuya with normal HS girl [Aine]
Akuma na Eros: Satan [it's Satan, he's not a normal guy >__>] with normal HS girl [whatever her name was]
Haou Airen [DIE!!!]: Mafia leader Hakuron with regular HS girl [that stupid girl]
Love Celeb: Most powerful person in Japan (Gin) with wanna-be actress (Kirara)
All of those other one-shots / one volume works: THE SAME!!
Ai wo Utau Yori Ore ni Oborero: Um- well, I don't think this series can be added to the normal Shinjo theme. xD I mean, the girl is a bishie. >_> But it's still the whole "important person with regular pair" thing, just that the roles switched. And I don't want to strangle the girl. I still liked this series though. o__o;

Is it just me, or does Shinjo Mayu write a lot about bands / music? >__> AND WHY ARE ALL THE GIRLS VIRGINS? O__O And most of them have never been kissed, while the guys have had 46046874988694 women.

Have you tried Minami Kanan stuff? Like Honey & Honey Drops, Ren-ai Shijo Shugi, etc?
I'm not a big fan of Mayu, but I'll try to add more later  only series, or are you ok with oneshots too?

I hope I didn't mess anything, checking with 3 lists at the same time simply has to cause some errors.
I think you missed 3D material, Make Love Shiyo!!, and Anata ni Tsunagaretai, from Mayu. Well, and some oneshots. You just don't have them on your lists?

I read all her series, so I was left "..." when I finished yesterday. After weeks of non-stop Shinjo smut, I think I developed a complex. >___>
I also already read Hot Gimmick - I know I said puny heroines are welcome, but not THAT puny.
And anyways, Ryoki isn't exactly the guy I get jealous of. Those two can live happily ever after for all I care. The brother though... rawr. ;]
I never tried Midnight Secretary [I'm lazy], but tell me... is it really good? ;_;

Yeah, Midnight Secretary looks quite promising. For now, there's not much of what you're looking for in it. You actually may like Ohmi Tomu's other works

If you like smut, you should try Kayono's stuff. Her work is very pretty to look at and most of her story lines aren't that bad. I suggest you try out her Arabian stories first.
I'm reading Midnight Secretary and I'm enjoying it. The herione isn't really puny or anything like that though there isn't much smut.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll try Midnight Secretary [there seems to be only a volume + extra chapter out right now, so it shouldn't take long to read & see if I like it or not] and check. And those ones you mentioned.
