If I get this right, then isn't there a somewhat similar scene to that in Koukou Debut? Not sure, though ...
Spoiler (mouse over to view) The main character accidentally gets kissed by a Kōhai/freshman of her school and ends up in some kind of weird shock condition, which results in her boyfriend kissing the freshman, that is actually admiring him, in order to get rid of her feelings of guilt.
