I'm looking for a romance where the girl is taken care of by the male lead. Living arrangements don't matter.
He can be her caretaker, friend, guardian, whatever, as long as it's obvious. Oh, age gap is a plus <3

I'll take anything, so don't hold back on me ^,^
Thanks in advance :3

There was a somewhat similar thread some days ago, so maybe a few of the recommendations could be worth a look...

-> Eccentric, goofy older men in shoujo/josei (romantic) manga

Aside from this, how about ...

* Cubism Love - Weird, but cute story about a girl, who has lost her her physical body and remains in a small box, which is kept by a young doctor.

* Hirunaka no Ryuusei - The main character has to leave the countryside and live with her uncle in Tokyo, where she meets on of his friends, that actually ends up as her teacher.

* Kore wa Koi no Hanashi - This one should be a perfect match to your request, and it's so far an pretty well-handeled age-gap-setting.

* Shi ga Futari o Wakatsu Made - Same here, more or less.

* Love So Life - Maybe?

* Nakanmon! - The main character is a crybaby and it seems like four of her new classmates have to take care of her quite often.

* Yume Miru Taiyou - The female lead tries to run away from home and ended up as tenant of an older guy she runs into by chance.

"It's like love is a bonus in your life. Even without it, I'm just fine. I don't feel like pointlessly searching for it. You don't have to make yourself unhappy." (Ookami Shoujo to Kuro Ouji)

"Why does it rain?" - "To create drama." (Drops (Andou Yuki))

Gotta second Dengeki Daisy and Blood Alone.

There is also Kamisama Hajimemashita
Faster than a Kiss probably fits too

On a less serious note:
Magico (IWAMOTO Naoki)
