What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')

The manga was a oneshot a few years back, but recently was made into a series. It's about two random people die together, and are both revived. The catch is that only one will be able to continue to live, and they have a week to decide. Also their bodies are connected, not physically, but they can feel what each other feels.
