Beast Master? Or anything from this author.
"Hillarious romantic comedy" is like a description of Beauty Pop biggrin but it's kind of long (it's worth it, but still)
Also Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun and Last Game are fitting, but they're on-going, so it's your choice if you want to give it a try smile

I recent read Seigi no Mikata! and is very hilarious comedy (for me at last).
Other that I remember is Don't Cry, Girl. I didn't laughed in a manga how I laughed with this... the chapter are a little episodic but is only one volume.

Other is Arakawa Under the Bridge, still ongoing, but the anime is finished (and was a good comedy).

First - I would like to second Don't Cry, Girl and Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun, even if the latter is still ongoing, just like Oresama Teacher, Butter!!! or Switch Girl!!. Aside from them, I thought, that ...

* Hanazakari no Kimitachi e
* Harem Lodge
* I ♥ HS
* Love Com
* Nanaco Robin
* and Otomentaru

... has had a few funny scenes, although they may by some people probably not be considered as "hilarious", since this is just about personal taste. ^^"
