Trying to remember a short Shoujo Ai manga

Member 5:34 am, Oct 8 2012 Posts: 25	It was either a one shot or really short manga, but it was about this girl who stumbles upon this field and just one day finds this girl standing there doing nothing. She (the girl standing there) was a really cheery, happy girl in a white dress and it turns out she was a "plant" so she couldn't move. The girl would visit the plant everyday and would water her sometimes and talk to her. It was strange but it was really cute. Does anyone know what this was called?
