Not that I hate lesbians, it's just not my thing, I am NOT attracted to the female body at all. As for straight hientai, I simply can't stand it, the female characters get often banalised. Yaoi= straight girls and gay men (don't deny it if you're a guy and enjoy yaoi then you're either gay, bi, or gaycurious and none of those are really straight. Besides nothing wrong with being homosexual.)

i just wonder why dont like yaoi in real life... maybe its because im not voyeour... lol... wel i do not like hentai, and i just like the josei type of yuri if u get what i mean..

Conditions: It has to have a good storyline and above average artwork.

well, i can't say I hate yuri... I find that yuri hentai is just not nearly as hot as lesbian porn for some reason... And I don't like when either of these genres get too softcore and lovey-dovey... ugh, I hate that...

if i had to pick, I'd say I like yaoi over yuri. I've just seen more yaoi that I've liked *shrugs*

Haha. It's true that if you don't like things too softcore and lovey-dovey you'd prefer yaoi. Weird how yaoi is total smut, while yuri often seems very shoujo in nature.

As far as I know it is a term used primarily for lesbianism...I had to confirm with wiki (even though I knew perfectly well its meaning)

- side note it also can be a japanese girl name roughly trans to lily - I don't think I would want to name my child yuri....
