What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

It seems to be an [otome] BL game: Nessa No Rakuen
Knowing the title, you can probably find the artist ^^
