Hello there, so as the title suggests I'm in need of a new manga. So, I'd like something that'll be able to keep my attention, no mindless shoujo that is. Pluses: Romance (doesn't need to be the main plot line per-se) Comedy Big cast (not only 4 extra beside the MC, for example) Diversity in characters and their personalities A lead, preferably female, who can look out for him/herself A longer manga that doesn't drag on and that ,if not completely scanlated, gets updated regularly. It leaves you with a good feeling
I don't want anything with hentai or a lot of smut. For yaoi/yuri, not the MC's. And no sugar coated fantasy shoujo's or too much drama. I like a lot of different genres so, I prefer something slightly unique. It has been sometime since I stumbled upon something great. If you don't mind, please write why you liked the manga. Thank you
I would suggest Silver Diamond and Komatta Toki ni wa Hoshi ni Kike!. Of course, bear in mind that these two are pretty much Shonen Ai. It's really, really mild. And they fit your criteria to a tee, but then again, the leads are males and there are barely any females in both series. It's all about the boys, after all.
