As the topic says manga where the female characters wear tights/pantyhose. Preferably if ones that wear them with school uniforms, just no stocking/thighhighs.
No hentai if at all possible,but if thats all you know list them.

Mahouka Koukou No Rettousei - The females have uniforms with long skirts, so the tights aren't very obvious?
