It's the New Waves, remember in that chapter where they showed a lot of people who were going to go against the S.U.C? yeah, that's them. This was taken from Mangafox, by mujtaba
And plus, I remember Smiling Sword wore something similar to them, that thing that covers his mouth.

Now look at the guy in the bottom picture of the first pannel.
Its the same guy.
Also the guy with the sweater on the left in chapter 89 is definitely he same as the guy in the center picture of chapter 19.
Shioon got in touch with the new waves of murim. Sera probably arranged something with them. Oh this is gonna be so awesome.
