Hi what im looking for is Mecha this time, what i want is manga that follows the same sort of line as any of these:
Gundam series - Gundam Seed and Gundam 00 are my favorite of the Gundam series, and i loved basically every aspect of them (its what got me into the mecha genre to start with)

IS - i like the fact that the MC is the only guy able to pilot the female only mech suit

Break Blade - with this 1, what i like is the fact that the MC is the "weakest" yet is the only 1 able to control the "strongest" mecha

Full Metal Panic! - i like the militarization in this 1
------------------------------------------------------
Koukyou Shihen Eureka Seven - i like the fact that the mech is "alive" and helps bring the male and female MC's together (you will understand what i mean if you read it or watched the anime)

*I would prefer a manga over an anime, my laptop sucks when it comes to watching videos  *
What i want is: - *=necesary
PLOT*
Comedy - not so much that it becomes a gag manga
Action - some good fight scenes would be nice
Romance subplot
Complete/Being Scanlated* - either complete or actively scanlated, (no point reading a manga you cant finish)

Yaoi
Yuri
Shoujo
Shounen Ai
Shoujo Ai
Rape
Hentai
Doujin
Smut
Gender Bender - this is ok ONLY if its girl dressed as guy
Gore - (a little is fine but i don't want it to be like Gantz)

@fizfiz91, xailah, gss93 Thanks, all the ones that are adapted to manga ill check out first since my laptop sucks for watching anime online (bad buffer and skips alot)
@mu2020 i know there is the category for mecha but that doesn't give me what others like, and just basing off description from category search can be a big mistake lol (found a few where desc sounds good but it ends up being an uber trap) also vise versa (bad desc but good series)

code geass lelouch the rebellion is my favorite of this type
im currently reading the code geass shinkoku no renya..

Heroic Age its anime though. but one of my favorite of all time and fit your description too. There's romance, unique mc, it also have war going on like gundam, and lots of other stuff.

I also second the anime Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. It's a fun series with lots of explosions and mayhem~
There are classics like:
Neon Genesis Evangelion. I'm enjoying the movie remakes(?) atm (first movie was a bit rushed though).
Outlaw Star is entertaining and pretty funny.
Gundam Wing if you haven't seen it already~and Gundam Unicorn
Code Geass is pretty popular.
Raxephon was a weird series
Unfortunately, I can't give you manga recommendations. I haven't read much mecha manga that seems to meet your criteria besides Break Blade 
Pluto was great but I doubt it is what you are looking for.

thanks, ive watched Neon Genesis Evangelion, but didnt like it, i done like seeing kids going insane after driving giant living robot/aliens
also i started watching [m]Raxephon[/m] but got sidetracked by a naruto marathon and lost the episode i was on XD, gunna start it again
i might give Outlaw Star a go, im gunna check the 4 manga chapters available first before trying the anime to see if i like it, also i cant see any "Mecha" tags on it or in either description
also your right Pluto isnt what im looking for, i didnt like its "Adapted From" (Astro Boy either, to be honest i didnt really like any of TEZUKA Osamu's work
