I do not know if "feminine" art is the right word. I really like shonen or seinen that have a strangely cute drawing (if the manga has a dark history is even better).

Examples include: "Spiral: Suiri no kizuna", "Superior", "Zombie loan", "Zetsuen no Tempest".

Dear by Fujiwara Cocoa has deceptively Shojo-esque art. Check her other works, people often mistake them for shojo/josei manga due to her art style.

Shoujo-ish art:
Vampire Juujikai curiously the author (not the artist) is the same of Spiral and Zetsuen no Tempest you mentioned.
ES
Saint Oniisan
Hetalia
I second Otoyomegatari.

Cute and frilly art:
Gosick
Rozen Maiden (Peach-Pit manga, like Zombie Loan)

Also, since you asked for dark story, even if the art is not so feminine as the one mentioned I suggest you to check Gunslinger Girl.

Tsubasa was so feminine, I couldn't finish it. Enjoy.

Thank you very much for all the recommendations.

I've always liked Shonen with "feminine" art (shoujo -ish art?).

Seconding Vampire Juuji Kai, xxxHolic and Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle (yes, TRC was kinda confusing, but it's still a great manga).

Also, basically any shounen/seinen by CLAMP? Or maybe Inuyasha?
