And, not exactly cute, but Toume Kei has an art-style that I wouldn't label as traditional seinen. Many of her stories have dark atmospheres too.

I'm reading Sugar Dark: Umerareta Yami to Shoujo right now and it's got pretty cute art, at least in my opinion.

Soothing seinen has quite a bit of what you seek, although the plots might be a little relaxed if you like shounen.

And all of you suggesting CLAMP works like [m]XXXholic were almost in the right place, but you forgot a plot. The one CLAMP manga that has both the girly art and the plot is Chobits. Angelic Layer also has some cute art and shounen story going on and is sort of the prequel to Chobits.

I was referring to a shonen or seinen (aim for the males), but has a "feminine" (or strangely cute) art.

I know what you mean, I love reading manga for males with cute art!
I may have some useful recommendations for you. For starters, I second Pandora Hearts. It has the most beautiful art ever.
Also Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan, a seinen.
Shuumatsu no Laughter. A new shounen with nice, cute drawings. I dont know if I really like the story but it's too new to know for sure.
Shoukoku no Altair. Definitely. Every page in this shounen is like a work of art.
Shindere Shoujo to Kodoku na Shinigami. Shounen. Cute drawings.
Iris Zero. Seinen.
And maybe [/m]Code: Breaker[/m], a well known shounen drawn by a woman, therefore it has some feminine influences.
