Baldur's Gate series. That's where my user name comes from. Haven't played it in years, but I was planning on playing a heavily-modded game before computer trouble got in the way.
Dragon Age: Origins (2 was a little disappointing ) and Final Fantasy 8 Tales of Symphonia was also good and I can't forget Grandia 2 - I don't remember how many times I played this game ^^
I doubt it's my favorite, but it's the two that come to mind right now. Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor and The World Ends With You
Mostly because the sequel for one of them is coming out soon, and the other.. Well.. Just loved the story. Dx This is of course if they count as RPGs. I've never been good with labeling things with genres, categories, etc, etc, etc...
