like the headline says

i am looking for a manga where the main character has the power to stop time
(prefered with a good explanation at some point and with a risk ro use the power
like stress on the body or lifeshortening or so on...)

Only example i can think of right now is Hitomi no Catoblepas, but it was axed.

Can't think of any manga, but Puella Magi Madoka Magica fits if you're up for an anime
