Hi, i read so much shounen that sometimes i'm in the mood for psychology. I want action and adventure. Id like lots of action,adventure, and intelligent leads. Id also like the whole manga not to revolve around the main characters itself, and also to revolve around other characters as well (no dumb minor characters)

Funny comedies awesome main characters Light-hearted situtations?
NO WAYS: yaoi/yuri/shounen-ai/shoujo-ai tsundere/yandere/ or whatever those things are
Villains who have a stupid reason for becoming villains Stupid minor characters No long speeches about life High school CLICHES

Ga-Rei (features a bit of high school life, but not annoyingly much) Kurohime Shin Angyo Onshi (the romance is only part of the background, but significant to the plot) Superior (lead isn't the typical airhead, but not completely "smart") Tokyo ESP Vampire Juujikai (the romance is only part of the background, but significant to the plot)

I second Superior, although it doesn't fit in in everything that you asked (like the smart lead, althought the protagonist isn't dumb and love happens in the beginning). I also recommend:
Inuyasha: The main characters aren't genius, but they're far from being dumb (although the villain is smart). There's lot of adventures, love takes time to happen and its built gradually and has everything else you asked. It's cool because almost every character has a romantic subplot.
Mirai Nikki: Maybe. It's love... Though in not a common perspective.
