What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

I read it a long time ago and can't remember the name...it's really been frustrating me #°_°
Anyways, here's what I remember: a little boy was acting as a detective in the beginning he says he's going to wake up his older brother and when he does so he find morning wood and sticks a lollipop in it lol
