Hi.
As the title suggests I'm looking for some good (intelligent) crime or yakuza theme mangas. My main preference would be Yakuza. The perfect example for what I am looking would be Sanctuary or Heat. I would only prefer Seinen as they are able to catch the reality.
I did the genre search and the results were too unsatisfactory as they are also showing where yakuza/crime isnt even the main theme or the mangas which doesnt really fits my taste. I also searched the forums, and found this and this which really didnt helped much.

So in short~

Pros:
Crime/Yakuza (Main Plot)
Seinen/Josei (no boys love).
Intelligent Plot (if possible)
Romance/Mature (Both Optional)
Completly Scanned /Actively Scanned (No point in reading works which I cant complete or the release frequency is one in hundred days)

Cons:
Stereotype Protagonist (Preaching about lives/Killing is wrong/& other craps) ->Absolute No
Unrealistic Elements (not another City of Darkness or Akumetsu)
Sports
Shonen-ai/Shojo-ai (Only Straight pairings please).
I really didnt liked Black Lagoon, Kimi no Knife, Killer Stall so please dont suggest them or their similar types as crime themed mangas.

-------------
Thank you.

You could read the first volume of Crying Freeman... it's pretty self-contained, and after that it just sort of becomes silly.

Thanks.
Josei is fine too as long as pairings are straight, and it suits some of the requirements posted in first post.
More Yakuza mangas are really welcomed.

Thanks.

Black joke

Kurosagi

Dendrobrates

Yokokuhan

Babel

Akusaga

Yami no aegis

Yamijin ushijima kun

Buggah

Although it shifts between Crime syndicate and police
