The only one I can think of at the moment is Hana Kimi. It's a side character who falls in love with her, while believing she is a guy.

The only one I can think of is Lovely Everywhere, but it's with the secondary characters and not the main leads.
Perhaps He's Dedicated to Roses, Love in the Mask, and 1/2 Prince?
