Hello everyone...and thanks in advance for all of your answers.
I am running out of manga to read. I've read so many of school life and it's getting old....so much into office life type manga right now...so.... clover and hapi mari are the ones on the top of my list right now. However I am looking for complete one though. I don't like one shot or too too short stories. I am such a sucker for love triangle type but it's not a must. I love it when the male lead is head over heal over the female character but having a hard time showing it. I don't mind smut as long as it is not too too much like just enough to make it tasteful but yet classy. I hate it when the female lead is the weak type but naive and funny goofy one is OK. I like the idea of forced or arranged marriage with live-in love type...but don't you hate it when they always make the female lead the poor one. What about...is there such a thing that they are the same level? Just maybe don't like each other at first but fell in love later on like goong. You can check out my complete and still reading list...sorry for all of this picky qualifications...
So...what i am looking for is josei manga about grown ups with an office love life or university romance like Shuukatsu!! is also very lovely.
Am I safe to assume smut/yuri/yaoi are out of the question?

I am actually like smut sometimes, and really ok with yuri, but I feel some kind of way about yaoi, not sure how I feel about it yet, however, I'll try anything...everything once...lol...thank you for your response.

Kimi wa Pet? (only one I can seriously think of) fits most of the requirements.
I think it's easier to find office/college romance in kdrama/jdrama than it is with manga...mostly because the translators don't pick a lot of them up or finish translating them.
