Hi, i'm looking for manga like ''Kashimashi - Girl Meets Girl'', where the protagonist is told that he/she is gonnna die in x days, and accepts his/her fate but doesn't tell anybody

Definetly seconding Boku no Hatsukoi wo Kimi ni Sasagu it's one of my favorite Tragedy Mangas, but it's not like the Protagonist doesn't tell anyone.
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
Though he accepts his fate and therefore tries to stay away from the female Protagonist so he doesn't hurt her so much when he dies.
