The latest fetish in a series about fetishes, has a girl with 34 moles. Honestly I doubt this is possible and I'm thinking moles are being mixed up with lentigines, blackheads, or freckles.

What do you mean "not possible"? There is no upper limit to how much moles you can have. Google it, if you dare.
