What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)

Ok, so I remember starting this manga and really liking it. It's about a girl who enjoys looking at the sky. She looks at it all the time and meets a guy that goes to her school that acts like a delinquent even though he's a really cool and nice person. He can play piano really well as well. That's all I remember about the manga and I can't remember the name to it to save my life!!! sad
