What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

I notice that the end of chapter 165 says, "Part 3: Kaburagi-ryu Karate Turbulent Death Fight Chapter End" and the beginning of chapter 166 says, "Part 4: The New Generation Young Warriors Rush Chapter"

So, I was wondering how many more 'parts' like the ones above there are in the story?
