These are the rules:
1- Manga compete against other titles from the same demographics.
2- Polls are open for 7 days, this way all MU's members can vote even if they only check the site once a week.
3- 1/3 of the manga pass to the next round. In groups from 5 to 7 titles, 2 pass; in groups with 8 or 9 titles, 3 pass.
4- No random voting.
