This is bothering me. I only remember this at the end of the chapter there is a girl with a menacing look going "Ahhhh" and then beating this guy.

That matches a lot of manngas/manhwas,can you be more specific? Like what genre or art type?

you have with one sentence described a chapter that has ended in about 90% of manga with a female in it.

If I remember correctly it is a shonen manga.

That's a cliché of shounen manga, so it's not really helpful. It's like to ask for a manga with a tsundere in it, there are too many. I'd say almost every ecchi shounen manga has something like that. You should try to add any info you can remember, like if that's was happening in the first chapter or in a random chapter, if you only read a chapter or you're sure there are more volumes, if you can remember any features of the girl (hair color and shape, glasses, some specific accessory, ...), etc. Also beating can mean anything from she gives him a little punch to she sends him flying out of the window. If I just have to guess according to the number of times a guy is beaten in a manga, I'm gonna try with Love Hina, but it really can be anything in that genre.

It reminds me... there's this one shoujo I've been looking for. I remember it had this really hot guy taking off his shirt (because it got wet, maybe??) while looking moody. I think there might've been flowers in the background while this was happening...??

Any help would be appreciated.
