Well, the last scanalated chapter is covered in the first episode of the anime's second season. With the anime just ended, you can go and watch the last three volumes animated (assuming they didn't do an anime original ending, most likely not). Btw the ending was awesome!

The Anime followed the Manga exactly. Just watch the Anime and you'll see the same end as the Manga. I read in the Raws and it even ends with the exact same words.
